Noro Ribbed Hat

2 balls Noro Kureyon (I used about 1 ½ balls of Colour 134)
4.5 mm circular needle (40 cm) – I didn’t have one so I did the whole lot on dpns
1 set of 4.5 mm double pointed needles

Cast on 100 stitches onto the circular needle. Join, being careful not to twist stiches, and place marker (scrap of contrast yarn is fine).
Rib in “knit 2, purl 2” for 22cm
Using double pointed needles, *knit 2, purl 2-together** Repeat from * to ** to end of round.
Next round: *knit 2, purl 1** Repeat from * to ** to end of round
Next round: *knit 2-together, purl 1** Repeat from * to ** to end of round
Next round: *knit 1, purl 1** Repeat from * to ** to end of round
Next round: * knit 2-together** Repeat from * to ** to end of round
Next round: Knit
Next round: * knit 2-together** Repeat from * to ** until 1 stitch before end of round.
Knit 2-together (five times) – 8 stitches remaining
Cut a tail of about 15cm of yarn. Thread it through 8 remaining stiches and draw tight. Stitch inside hat to secure. Sew in loose ends. Wear with brim rolled up.

Your hat is very cute. I'm going to make one for myself and my husband with some Noro I have left over from other projects for the Norovember KAL.
